Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased from Studio Julie Lemke and delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Return Eligibility

Studio Julie Lemke accepts returns only for products that are:

• Damaged when delivered;
• Defective; or
• Different from the product ordered.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including when a customer orders the wrong product or no longer wants the product.

Sale items, gift cards, custom products, and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Window

Customers must contact Studio Julie Lemke within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Return requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@studiojulielemke.com and provide:

• Your full name;
• Your order number;
• A description of the issue; and
• Clear photographs or videos showing the product, the issue, and its packaging.

All returns require prior written approval from Studio Julie Lemke.

Do not send a product back before receiving written return approval and return instructions. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Product Condition

For an approved return, the product must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and identify the reported damage, defect, or incorrect item.

The product should be returned in its original packaging, where available, together with all labels, accessories, and accompanying materials.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return or refund.

Return Method

Approved products must be returned by mail or courier using the return instructions provided by Studio Julie Lemke.

After approving the return, we will provide the applicable courier collection or mailing instructions.

Products must not be returned in person or through another return method unless approved by Studio Julie Lemke in writing.

Return Cost

Approved returns for products confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect are free of charge.

Studio Julie Lemke will cover the approved return shipping or courier collection cost.

There is no restocking fee for an approved return.

If a product is returned without prior approval or is found not to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping or collection costs.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Studio Julie Lemke will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Replacements

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Studio Julie Lemke may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund for an approved claim.

We do not offer general product exchanges. A replacement may only be provided for a product confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
